Welect goes fashion! The fashion label s.Oliver is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year and is also relying on the strengths of our self-determined full-screen placement MaxVideo in its associated digital campaign.

 

s.Oliver is focussing the campaign on the topic of ‘Family’. Under the motto ‘WORN BY GENERATIONS’, the label showed how fashion can connect the most diverse age groups. The 30-second advert shows people in everyday situations, such as visiting family and travelling on the bus. s.Oliver inspires people around the world with its international approach to fashion. With its comprehensive brand portfolio, the brand offers suitable clothing and accessories for everyone and every occasion. Together with the Düsseldorf-based media agency Wavemaker, Generation Z was identified as the core target group for the campaign, with a slight focus on women. The clear aim of the campaign: Awareness!

Through the interaction with the campaign, in which the user selects their own advert, 100% viewability thanks to fullscreen expand and automatic audio playback, we achieve an above-average advertising impact with the placement. This makes it ideal for branding campaigns!

With its anniversary campaign, s.Oliver was able to successfully prove that the otherwise inaccessible adblock target group also harbours great potential for brands in the fashion industry. 67% of Adblock users who actively opted for the fashion label's advert were women aged between 18 and 34. The high level of interest in the brand and products is demonstrated by the overall view-through rate of almost 84% and a really strong click-through rate of over 9%!
